Important notes: 1) When choosing a sponsoring agent, be sure to pick the right sponsor. You cannot change your sponsor later!  You can enter your sponsor's phone number if you can't locate their name in the window.  2) When asked if you want to participate in the Agent Equity Program, this is what is being offered:  You can take 5% of each commission check and purchase EXPI stock at a 10% discount.  

 

STEP 2: Download eXp World THEN Schedule an eXp World tour!

• To schedule a tour with the eXp staff email expdocent@exprealty.com.

• If you log into the world DAILY and do a status check with the eXp Onboarding staff,

        it will expedite your process greatly!

STEP 3: Find your state joining guide here.

 

 

STEP 4: License and MLS Transfer Instructions

• Please return back to the Onboarding home page and click on Step 4 for detailed and specific instructions.

• *URGENT* After transferring your license, IMMEDIATELY update your MLS with eXp Realty as your broker. (If you do not, you will lose your MLS access.)

• Transfer your listings to eXp with your MLS: Please contact your MLS for instructions first and then your state broker. State broker information can be found here > expcloud.com/province-and-state-brokers

 

 

STEP 5: Confirm Email Forwarding

You will receive an email with the subject "Important Action Needed to Completely Join eXp Realty." Click on the link inside to confirm. All emails sent to your eXp Realty alias will be delivered to your preferred forwarding email address.

 

 

STEP 6: Activate Passport
You will receive an email with the subject "Welcome to eXp Realty!" Click the link in the email to activate your eXp Passport account (it expires in 30 days). *Please check SPAM/JUNK if it doesn't come to your Inbox.*
