He currently serves as the National Director of DSPros and has extensive experience in the Foreclosure market. His San Diego-based team consistently does $40,000,000+ in volume. As a national sales trainer, he has spoken at the NAR Annual Conference, Inman and other events.

The ultimate power couple of eXp, Rick and Casey Geha nationally known, and are very special people. Rick began his real estate career in 1979 at age 22. Now, over 40 years later, Rick has helped over 5000 people, businesses and nonprofits actualize their real estate goals. Casey has also been an entrepreneur for almost three decades thanks to her lifelong commitment to learning. Her passion for helping others through servant leadership has put her on a path to coaching and growing global teams. The Gehas now run Empire Builders, which helps real estate agents and teams increase production and retention.

Will Penney
Team Leader, Trainer, Former Independent Brokerage Owner

Will became a real estate agent in 1988, at just 19 years old.  By 25, Will was selling over 60 homes a year as a solo agent.  In 2001, Will and his wife, Mary, co-founded Penney Real Estate Company.  Will and his small team of 5 sell 200+ homes a year.  He is a relationship marketing and social proof powerhouse, and loves to share his secrets with others.  Will and Mary closed their brokerage and joined eXp Realty with their team in September of 2021.  Will continues to sell homes and lead his team.  His passion is helping other hard working real estate agents be as efficient and effective as possible.

Brent has overseen thousands of home sales from owning multiple brokerages for 10 years. Licensed In AZ and CA.   Brent started Solutions Real Estate in Arizona in 2008; built the company to 320 agents in AZ,, and Sold Solutions AZ two years ago to C21.   Brent also was a pioneer in independent expansion teams when he brought Solutions Real Estate to San Diego in 2010. They grew to 100 agents out of his Carlsbad office.  Brent flips homes, is a real estate investor and runs teams in Scottsdale, AZ and San Diego, CA brokered by eXp realty. Brent Conley is an industry thought leader and strategic business adviser for many brokerages and teams across the country.

Brent Gove has been selling real estate in the Sacramento area since 1997. Having sold over 4,000 homes in the past 23 years, Brent became the #11 World Wide Agent at Re/Max, and then went on to run one of the country’s largest Keller Williams teams before becoming a true super-agent at eXp. Brent is passionate about teaching agents how to actually build a lasting organization through eXp Realty. He currently has over 18,000 agents in his organization and shares innumerable resources with them. Brent loves helping real estate agents become the best they can be.

Licensed since 1992, Stacey is a 3rd generation real estate agent and coach in the Northeast Ohio area.  Her background includes leading a team of agents who focus on residential & investment properties, developing leadership skills in entrepreneurs through innovative training and coaching programs and consulting broker/owners and team leaders to maximize success.  She led the #1 office for a leading franchise for over 7 years, driving profit for the ownership group, has created property management divisions for multiple brokers and continues to commit herself to coaching & collaborating with growth-minded agents.
